Singapore homes. A fresh perspective. Interior design by Commune

Spaces with soul.

The thinking behind the feeling

Every good home
starts with
a good plan.

Before the finishes and furniture, there’s the way a home flows. Where you gather. How you move between rooms. What deserves more space.

This approximately 93 sqm HDB layout offers a starting point for thinking about living, dining and private spaces together.

A home. Not a showroom.
Our point of view

For slow Sundays.
Full tables.
And everything in between.

A home should look like you—and work for you. We bring together thoughtful layouts, warm materials and furniture with character, starting with the way you actually live.

A first home, a fresh start or a space you’ve grown with. Let’s give your everyday a space of its own.

A modern take
on mid-century.

Design beyond
the floor plan.

Planning your home

Before
we begin.

What should I bring to the first consultation?

Bring your floor plan, a few reference images and an idea of your preferred timeline. Photos and measurements of any furniture you’d like to keep will help us understand how it could fit into the design.

How do we approach the budget?

Share an indicative budget and what matters most to you. We’ll discuss your priorities, the scope of work and your furniture needs, so the design conversation starts with a clear sense of what you’d like to achieve.

Do I need to know my design style?

Not at all. Bring images, colours, materials or furniture you’re drawn to—even if they don’t fit a particular style. Together, we can explore a direction that reflects your taste and the way you live.

Can we discuss an HDB, condo or landed home?

Yes. Whether it’s an HDB flat, a condominium or a landed home, we start with your floor plan, your needs and the possibilities of the space. The proposed scope and design approach will be discussed around your property and priorities.

Your next chapter starts here.

New space.
Let’s make it yours.
